Second, apart from maintaining the reputation of being intelligent, hardworking and growth-oriented among the recruiters; IIMT students are also known for having better industrial exposure which comes from their prior MBA work experience. However, it was last year when IIMT realized that it's the time to improve gender diversity on campus and miracle happened within a year when it successfully attracted a whole lot of female MBA students. IIMT successfully managed to increase the number of girls in the upcoming batch four-fold even without increasing batch strength.
Among various publications, the ranking of the seven-year-old institution improved unbelievably in recent years owing various factors. Like, a year ago the institute shifted to its state of art permanent campus. An IS-DSI conference was held during December, 2017. The institute was able generate robust and consistently improving placements since its inception. Students of the institute were able outperform in various competitions e.g. L&T Outthink. The visibility and perception of the institute improved dramatically among aspirants as well as industry. With the period of time, institute is strengthening its image as truly cosmopolitan, all inclusive, diverse and progressive institute.
The alumni base of the institute is expanding across the length and breadth of the nation along with more and more alumni gaining senior positions in the corporate. The institute has ambitious plans to achieve excellence in infrastructure and industry oriented education and overall career development of students. With the current management commitment towards bright prospect of the institute, I will not be surprised to see IIMT offering more courses, increasing batch strength
or entering into top ten B-schools of the India. I would attribute this promising forecast to meticulous efforts, intense dedication and precise strategy of The Director and his team.

Right from the beginning of my career, I worked with top companies from various sectors like Software, Education and Manufacturing. Hindalco Industries being the pioneer in its field, an ever-growing company, I would like to work for it.
After doing my internship with a premier Indian multinational manufacturing company, I am more inclined towards the manufacturing sector. Having worked on Management Information Architecture with the HR department of the organization, I got exposure to various departments and their functioning. I would like to apply my management skills from Operations, HR and MIS and contribute to the success of Hindalco.
